There is always a story….

I teach the theme, “What are World Problems?” Not surprisingly, the answers are insightful and intelligent. The 13 year olds say the expected, “Stop pollution.” and “Global Warming”. They always delight me with other answers. “World Hunger.” “Crime.” “The Economy.” “Violence.” “Animal Abuse.” Then I ask them “What can you do to help solve a world problem?” The answers are usually, “Not much.” I work the year  convincing them that they CAN help solve world problems if they have the following:

Enthusiasm, Stick-To-It-Tiveness, a Love of Learning, and Knowing You Can.

our Class Motto is

Think Big

Start Small
